Riley

"Born and raised in West Kelowna, Riley is a lifelong athlete with a deep-rooted passion for Ringette. She has been an active volunteer with Kelowna Ringette since 2015 and has represented her province and community at numerous high-level competitions. Riley competed for Team British Columbia at the 2015 Canada Winter Games and participated in the Western Canadian Ringette Championships in 2013, 2018, and again in 2024, where she earned a gold medal and the title of Best in the West. Alongside her athletic pursuits, Riley continues to coach, volunteer, and play Ringette while enjoying new hobbies such as crafting and golfing with her husband.

Riley earned her Registered Massage Therapy diploma from the Kelowna campus of Vancouver Career College in 2018. Her training provided a strong foundation in both relaxation and therapeutic techniques, which she has continued to develop through ongoing education focused on integrating exercise-based movement into treatment plans. Since beginning her practice, Riley has worked with patients of all ages and activity levels, addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and treatment goals.
